**Quick heads up:** if you've been following along, you'll notice things look different around here. Lots of moving pieces this week.

**First, the homelab:** I've been migrating everything from TrueNAS to Proxmox, splitting compute across two servers—One handles live workloads on SSDs, Two does long-term storage on HDDs. It's faster, more efficient, and honestly just feels better organized.

**Then, the platform switch:** I moved the blog to Ghost. I've done the WordPress thing, even the static site generator dance (nice, but tedious), and Ghost hits the sweet spot. More importantly, Ghost integrated the fediverse natively, which means I can push content to multiple places without maintaining separate pipelines.

**The biggest change:** This post is hitting four different feeds simultaneously. If you're on Mastodon, Lemmy, Friendica, or any fediverse-compatible platform, you'll see it there. If you're on Bluesky, you'll get a link. And if you subscribed to emails, well, here it is. (Email distribution is handled through integrations I hooked up—free for everyone.)

**Why all this?** I'm managing a lot of accounts and projects across Periapses and Peragee, and I wanted one place I fully control. No enshittification risk, no platform changes killing things overnight. The only unreliable part is the email stuff, but it costs nothing and I can fix it if it breaks.

**All the changes today:** I merged a lot of services together, making it more streamlined for me and faster for you, I tinkered with different setups and played with all sort of apps and setups. It was a lot of fun for me and I wonder if it means anything to you! Make a comment, use the contact form, hit me up where you see this post first because... well mainly I want to know if it works the way I want it to. But it would be cool to see it working at all!

**Fair warning:** This is where I'll be pushing updates about the stream, project builds, and whatever else is happening. Subscribe if you want to stay current—I'll try not to spam *too* much.
